Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

The exploration of Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC) including the use of mind-altering substances can be extremely transformative and important experiences in a person’s life.
There are a number of ways I can support your journey in our work together:
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): Ketamine can be used as a catalyst to support healing in the psychotherapy process in both low dose (psycholytic) and higher dose (psychedelic) forms. I completed a year-long training through Polaris Insight Center in order to offer KAP to my clients and have partnered with a number of prescribers to ensure best practice and collaborative care. Ketamine has been used in medical settings in United States since 1970 and is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines.
Preparation/Integration: A psychedelic or NOSC experience can often provide numerous insights, visuals and emotions that can be difficult and overwhelming to process. Preparation sessions can be utilized to set intentions, create a safe and supportive environment, and learn safe ways to navigate your experience. Integration sessions can help make meaning of these experiences while building a bridge back to your daily life.
*Please note that though I offer support around preparation and integration of NOSCs including the use of psychedelic medicines, I do not offer these medicines myself. Rather, I support individuals who are exploring the use of these themselves and are seeking support prior to and/or after these experiences. The exception to this is in KAP, where Ketamine is prescribed by a licensed medical provider and treatment involves ongoing collaboration with said prescriber.
