“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” - Carl Jung
I am a firm believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship. My years working in community mental health centers throughout Los Angeles provided me a wealth of experience in supporting individuals struggling with some of life’s hardest challenges. I have carried that same warmth, empathy and creativity into my private practice. I now focus on counseling individuals who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and in need of tools to feel more empowered in their relationships, at school or work, and in navigating life’s stressors.
I received my Master in Social Welfare at UCLA after completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Women’s Studies at Chapman University. I utilize the following methodologies and theories:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Psychedelic Integration & Expanded States Including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Mindfulness Practices
Trauma Informed Care
Narrative Therapy
Together we will explore the areas where you feel stuck and in pain, and collaboratively work to find peace and growth. I offer services in-person in San Francisco, CA or via a secure video platform or over the phone.
